Our new retention strategies are having huge effects on morale. Our firmwide retention is at record-high levels. We've made a conscious effort to make talent management a competitive advantage.
Our goal is to do everything we can to make consultants want to stay in the firm. At the lowest level, we recruit undergaduates as consultants and do not require them to go to business school if they don't want to.
