Jason LaDuke

jason laDuke

Jason joined Marakon in 1996 and has worked on developing growth strategies in the consumer products, financial services and healthcare industries. In accelerating the value growth of his clients, he has led engagements focused on business unit strategy, organic growth, acquisitive growth and organizational design. Jason has substantial experience in private equity.

Most recently, Jason led an engagement with the portfolio company of a large financial sponsor. Having been asked to challenge the original investment thesis, the engagement uncovered two issues that represented significant barriers to achieving agreed financial objectives. By working to align a core business with new market realities, and identifying a new participation opportunity through acquisitive adjacent growth, the financial objectives were preserved.

Prior to joining Marakon, Jason served as an M&A analyst at Lehman Brothers.
