Tim Romberger joined Marakon in 1993. Tim has managed client engagements in consumer products, healthcare, chemicals, financial services, retail, consumer foods, light manufacturing and fire & security services. He has substantial experience inside and outside of North America, including work in the UK, Continental Europe and Southeast Asia.
Tim has helped clients strengthen organizational effectiveness through improved governance, decision-making processes and performance management. Recently, he helped a specialty packaging client develop innovative packaging solutions that better differentiated the products of its consumer goods customers, resulting in increased share and profitability for itself.
