Marakon's professional development program provides an outstanding foundation for a career in business and consulting. Within your first two years at the firm, you will receive over 300 hours of formal instruction on topics ranging from strategy and finance to leadership and networking. You will also be assigned a coach to provide support, guidance and structure throughout your tenure as well as confidential career advice.
