Working at a firm with hundreds of professionals rather than thousands, I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to get to know each and every one of our consultants. I make it my business to know how each consultant is doing and if we are fulfilling his or her needs. It is the part of my job that I enjoy most.
