At Marakon, we encourage our consultants to manage their own career path to reach their full potential as advisors with diverse capabilities and styles. We recognize that continuous investment in professional and personal development is key to both your success and ours, so we put special emphasis on providing employees with a training program and coaching program that will help them build the knowledge, skills and behaviors to excel in the workplace and community.
For those who decide to leave Marakon, the opportunities are also exciting and diverse. Our alumni use the training and general management experience they received at Marakon to take leadership roles in a wide range of industries and professions. Some pursue careers in traditional corporate settings while others take up positions in entertainment, public policy and the nonprofit world. Still others move on to launch their own businesses.
