As the Diversity Team, our role is to ensure that we create a culture that’s as distinctive as our practice. That means ensuring that our coaching and development programs give everyone the training they need to be successful and that the way we manage people empowers them to make choices—choices about how and where they work, how much they work and how fast they develop.
In addition to this focus on individuals and individual freedom, we have created programs to tackle issues specific to particular groups. For example, it’s well known that the high-end consulting profession has historically struggled to meet the needs and aspirations of its women. To help address these needs, we offer well-resourced networking programs for women in each office and an annual conference for all of our female consultants featuring development workshops and accomplished external speakers. We’ve also made available a wide range of flexible work arrangements to all consultants who need them.
We believe strongly that the best way to serve both our clients and our people is by fostering a diverse and engaging work environment. Our business demands top-notch solutions to complex issues.
